Delivery

We currently ship within the United Kingdom on a tracked, insured service.

• Tracked UK delivery: £3.60, or free on orders over £50
• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days. You'll receive tracking by email when your parcel is on its way.
• We usually send orders via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Delivery generally takes 3–5 working days after dispatch, but may occasionally take up to 7 working days. Please wait the full 7 working days before contacting us about a delayed parcel. If you still haven’t received it, please contact us on the 8th working day with your order number.Your right to cancel

Returning an item

To cancel, email minzabyabhi@gmail.com with your order number .

 ⁠No returns or refunds are accepted for change of mind, incorrect size selection, colour preference, or any other reason where the correct product has been received.

•⁠  ⁠If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, please contact us. The item may need to be returned to us before a refund is issued.

•⁠  ⁠An unboxing/opening video is mandatory for any damage, missing item, or incorrect-item claim. The video should clearly show the sealed parcel, shipping label, and the complete opening process. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.You are responsible for the cost of return postage. We recommend a tracked, insured service, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

• We may reduce your refund to reflect any loss in value if items have been handled more than necessary to check them.

Exceptions

Made-to-order, personalised and engraved pieces, and pierced earrings for hygiene reasons, are exempt from the right to cancel unless they arrive faulty.

Faulty items

Your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected by this policy. If a piece is faulty, not as described or not fit for purpose, you're entitled to a repair, replacement — email us and we'll put it right.
